Returns Policy

We want you to shop with confidence at gdzho.com. If something isn't quite right after your order arrives, you can contact us to request a return within 45 days of the delivery date.


Before Returning an Item


Please email to:Sale@gdzho.com before sending anything back. Include your order number and let us know why you'd like to return the item. If the product arrived damaged or incorrect, attaching a few photos will help us resolve the issue more quickly.


Once your request has been reviewed, we'll send you the return instructions along with the correct return address. Returns sent without prior approval cannot be processed.


Return Requirements


Returned merchandise should be in its original condition, without signs of wear, washing, or damage caused after delivery. Whenever possible, please include the original packaging and any accessories that came with the product.


Items that have been used, altered, or are unsuitable for resale may not qualify for a refund.


Refunds


After your return is received, we'll inspect the item before completing the refund.


Approved refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your payment provider and bank.


Exchanges


Need another size? Prefer a different color? Let us know when you contact us.


We'll gladly arrange an exchange whenever the requested item is available. If a replacement cannot be provided, you may choose a refund instead.


Return Shipping


If the return is the result of our mistake—for example, you received the wrong product or an item that arrived damaged—we'll take responsibility for resolving the issue.


For returns requested because of personal preference, such as ordering the wrong size or deciding the item is no longer wanted, the cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility.


Any original shipping charges paid with the order are not refundable unless the return is caused by our error.
